Q: I want to cover existing red terra cotta tiles on my fireplace (not functional so heat is not a concern) and the front row is snub nose. Would these adhere to terra cotta and bend to cover the snub?
A: Your tiles must be sealed so they are not porous. If you're not sure spray water on them and see if the water seeps in or beads. If it beads then the tiles have been sealed and you can apply our stickers over them. If the water seeps in ( leaves a darker patch ) you'll need to seal...view more the tiles first with a stone sealer product from the hardware store. As for the bullnose edge, yes the sticker should cover the edge. This depends of the width of the edge. Use double sided tape to secure the edge firmly if they start to peel up. view less
