Your order is shipped from our warehouse located in Denpasar, Indonesia. All Shipments are FOB (Free on Board). While we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of our carriers, we will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services.
Processing Times - Allow up to 10 days to receive your order.
Because every order is printed on demand we need 2 – 3 days to print, expertly hand-cut & carefully wrap your stickers ready to deliver to your home. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if you have opted for an express service. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Your order is marked unfulfilled until it has shipped. An unfulfilled order isn't sitting idly, it's travelling through our production line for printing, laminating, cutting, quality control and expert wrapping before it travels its long international journey to you. So please don't worry if you are checking on the status of your order and it's marked unfulfilled. This doesn't mean that your order is sitting in our warehouse waiting for a scheduled pickup. If you have any concerns feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery date.
Please note that Quadrostyle charges state sales taxes on orders in the following states:
Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Nebraska, Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, California, Arkansas, and New York.
These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Quadrostyle in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Denpasar, Indonesia. This means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase on our website. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Quadrostyle.
Please note that if your order is shipped with DHL Express or FedEx that they will pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing vinyl tile stickers. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order and your order is on the way you'll be able to change the delivery address via the shippers' email notification. We encourage you to get in touch directly with the shipper quoting your tracking number. We are happy to liaise with the shipper on your behalf but due to the difference in time zones it's faster if you contact your local branch.DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact us. Also, please contact the courier to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is based in Indonesia so most likely your order requires international shipping.
Certain countries, such as the EU, UK & Canada, impose Value Added Tax (VAT) and/or duty to our products when they enter. Any additional fees derived from importation, such as taxes, processing or brokerage fees are the customer’s sole responsibility. Please check your country's customs policies before buying an item. We will not be responsible if customs holds or confiscates certain items.
Order CancellationsYou may cancel your order within 48 hrs of placing it and receive a refund in full. Please Contact Us to cancel your order within 48 hrs and quote your order number.
After 48 hrs your order is printed and will attract a 20% restocking fee excluding shipping charges if cancelled.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return your tile stickers
Contact Us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Explain the problem to us and we'll do our very best to rectify the situation.

If your order is eligible for a return we'll issue a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation ). Kindly allow up to 48 hrs to receive this. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return only unused stickers to us and we'll process your refund upon receipt of the goods. Items that are received damaged will not be refunded. Use the original packing and wrap the goods as you received them to ensure we receive them in re-sellable condition. Provide a tracking number when you return the goods to us. Without one we cannot trace it.
