Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to recent U.S. trade policies, a 32% import tariff has been imposed on goods arriving from Indonesia.
- Tariffs & Duties: U.S. customers must pay this 32% import tariff on orders over $800.00 upon package arrival. A 10% tax may be charged on all orders under the threshold
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 48 hours. After 48 hours, your order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery, customs will destroy the shipment. Unfortunately, no refunds or returns are possible.

⏱️ Shipping & Processing Times
Each order is made on-demand:
- 2–3 business days for printing, expert cutting, quality checks & packaging.
- 7–10 business days transit time.
Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends & holidays. Your order status will read "unfulfilled" during production—this simply means your stickers are being crafted!
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves our workshop (tracking updates can take up to 48 hours).

📬 Sample Orders (USA)
Sample orders in the U.S. ship via USPS international shipping agents. Tracking may initially show delays; this is normal and tracking updates once your package clears customs and enters the USPS system.

Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout to avoid delays. Need to update your address? Immediately contact us at customerservice@quadrostyle.com. We cannot guarantee changes after order processing starts.
📭 Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Contact your local courier using the provided tracking number.
- Notify us immediately—we’re here to help.
💸 Taxes & Duties
- USA State Sales Tax: We collect state sales tax as required by certain states. This tax goes directly to your state.
- International Orders (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Local customs may charge additional duties, taxes, or fees. Couriers (DHL/FedEx) may initially cover these fees, invoicing you later with an additional admin fee.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Samples, custom orders, and outlet products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To initiate a return, we'll provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 48 hours of your request. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
❓ Return FAQ
- Who pays return shipping? Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping for returns.
- When will I receive my refund? Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned items. Refund processing by your financial institution may take up to an additional 7 days.
- Can samples, custom orders, or outlet products be returned? No, these items are final sale.
- Will shipping costs be refunded? No, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
