CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changed your mind about an order? We’re sad to see you go, but we totally understand. Please contact us immediately should you need to cancel your order. 

From July 1st, 2020, we have amended our cancellation policy: 

Contact us within 48 hours from the time you place your order, making sure to mention your order number, and we'll refund your order in full. 

After 48 hours have passed, your order will have already been printed. Any order canceled after this point is subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding shipping charges. 

Express Shipping Orders: If you have placed your order and selected express shipping, the 48-hour delay does not apply to your order. All such orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding the express shipping charges.

Finally, please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy.

We get it, mistakes happen, especially with so many small variables to consider on your order, like size, scale, quantity—the list goes on! We understand if you’ve made a mistake and need to fix it ASAP.

I'VE MADE A MISTAKE, CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If your order has yet to be printed, we are happy to accept changes to your order as long as you contact us right away.

After 48 hours, any change to your order is subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
