We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days on all tile stickers that have not been used with the exception of samples, custom orders and outlet stock. 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return your tile stickers

Contact Us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Explain the problem to us and we'll do our very best to rectify the situation.

During Covid-19 returns to our office may incur unusually long delays. Please make your selection carefully. We can only process a refund once we receive your order. Read more

Eligible returns are issued a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation ) via email. Kindly allow up to 48 hrs to receive this. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Need another size or design? Our exchange process is easy. Ship back your current order, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.

Follow these 3 simple exchange steps:

  1. Initiate an exchange by contacting us.
  2. Ship your stickers back to us. 
  3. Once we receive your order, we'll ship your new out your new stickers! 

Exchange & Return FAQ

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you are returning your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Follow the returns instruction carefully. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. Ensure your order is well wrapped for the voyage back to our office. Items received unsellable cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If you are exchanging your order for an item of the same weight there are no extra charges. If you are exchanging for a much larger item then you'll have to pay the difference in shipping between your original & new order. Exchanges to the value of139 € ship for free.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned stickers were not used. Once your stickers have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalize. 

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Your new order will be released for processing as soon as our warehouse has received and inspected your return. All orders will take an 10 additional business days to process and ship from our warehouse, regardless of the shipping method. 

Note: If you are exchanging for a lower value item, we will issue a partial refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this credit to appear on your bank statement. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, we will email you a custom invoice to pay for difference in price. As soon as this has been paid, your new order will be released for processing.

CAN I RETURN MY SAMPLES, OUTLET OR CUSTOM ORDER?

Our samples, outlet stock & custom orders are final sale. Thank you for your understanding. 

WILL I BE REFUNDED MY SHIPPING COST?

No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
