Returns

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days on all tile stickers that have not been used with the exception of samples, custom orders, and outlet products.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return your tile stickers

Contact Us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Explain the problem to us and we'll do our very best to rectify the situation.

  • 14-day return policy, no questions asked.
  • Return items in their original packaging
  • No return on samples, custom orders and outlet.
  • Return shipping is paid by the client. 

Eligible returns are issued a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorisation ) via email. Kindly allow up to 48 hrs to receive this. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

 Exchanges

Please note that we do not do exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to make a return and place a new order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

If you are returning your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs to our office in Indonesia. Follow the returns instruction carefully. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. Ensure your order is well wrapped for the voyage back to our office. Items received unsellable cannot be refunded.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned stickers were not used. Once your stickers have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalize. 

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

CAN I RETURN MY SAMPLES, CUSTOM ORDER OR OUTLET PRODUCT?

Our samples, custom orders, and outlet products are final sale. Thank you for your understanding. 

WILL I BE REFUNDED MY SHIPPING COST?

No, shipping costs are non-refundable.
