Important U.S. Tariff Update: What You Need to Know

We are reaching out with an important update. Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, the Trump administration has imposed a 32% import tariff on goods over $800 from Indonesia, effective immediately. For all amounts below the threshold a 10% tax will be payable. As a brand committed to providing you with beautiful, high-quality tile stickers and wallpapers, this sudden decision is disheartening.
We want to be transparent with you about what this means:
- Orders over $800.00 to the U.S. will now be subject to a 32% import tariff payable upon arrival in the United States. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and is required by U.S. Customs before your package can be released.
- Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
- If you choose not to accept the package and refuse to pay the imposed duty, the shipment will be destroyed by customs. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue a return or refund in such cases.
