May 2020: Current Information

Dear Clients,
We are truly living in unique times. The coronavirus pandemic is impacting everyone from our families to our businesses. As the situation continues to affect our world, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re ensuring safe production & deliveries.

In the current context and following the receipt of numerous requests of information, we wanted to inform you and guarantee that despite the current economic situation, our products are 100% secure.

Your safety is our priority
Our team has made the necessary arrangements from the start of the epidemic.
Protective gloves are used and where possible we avoid contact with the elements used to create our product line ( digital printers, computer graphics, cutting equipment and secure packaging). 
All our orders are delivered by air and routed directly to you, the customer.

Shipping & Delivery 
Recently, we have been awe-struck and inspired by the number of customers determined to stay productive in the home. Thanks to these active and enterprising individuals, our orders have gone up 70% since countries around the world instated social isolation.

Though we are thrilled to see so many people making constructive efforts to stay sane during this extended period of isolation, unfortunately, our order processing times are now prolonged. Starting May 23rd, orders will require up to 3 weeks to reach you. Our closest international airport remains closed so order are trucked to the capital city where there is 1 international flight operating per day. From May 23rd until May 28th Ramadan public holidays are in effect, therefore we expect further delays. 

In addition, express shipping to the United States and Canada will no longer be available until further notice. We understand that these conditions are not ideal. Please note that these are temporary changes due to the current circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges - Suspension of Service
USPS ( United States Postal Service ) has suspended its parcel delivery service to a large range of countries, including Indonesia where we are based. These disruptions are due to US government measures taken to minimize the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). This means that you will be unable to return your order via USPS until they reinstate the service to Indonesia. For customers that do not wish to return their order with another courier we will gladly extend the return period until USPS resumes the service to Indonesia. Currently, we do not know when this will be. Please be aware of the current circumstances before placing your order.
